We are a trade union organisation, we represent workers in all labour related issues. We negotiate collective bargaining agreements for workers within our scope of coverage. ZEHSSCWU is affiliated to the Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU). Internationally we are affiliated to Education International (E.I).
